Publishing Hub helps authorized creators and social media teams review, schedule, and publish content to social accounts they choose to connect.

Data we process

• Account and authorization data, including the connected platform account identifier and OAuth tokens. Tokens are kept in access-restricted server-side storage and used only to perform actions explicitly requested by the account owner.
• Content and publishing data, including uploaded media, titles, descriptions, disclosures, scheduling choices, and publishing status.
• Operational and security data, including audit events needed to protect accounts, troubleshoot failed publishing tasks, and prevent unauthorized access.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell personal data or platform data.
• We do not use connected-account data for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models.
• We do not publish content without an authorized user's explicit action or previously configured schedule.

How we use and share data

We use data only to provide account connection, content review, scheduling, publishing, status reporting, security, and support. Data is sent to a connected platform only when required to carry out the user's requested action. Service providers may process limited data solely to operate our hosting and security infrastructure.

Retention and security

Authorization data is retained while an account remains connected. Publishing records are retained only as long as needed for the service, security, legal obligations, and platform-policy compliance. Access is tenant-scoped, sensitive credentials are kept in restricted server-side storage, and authorization revocation is enforced immediately.

Data deletion

Users can disconnect a platform account from Publishing Hub or revoke access in the platform's own security settings. Revocation invalidates the authorization and removes the associated tokens from active use.

To request deletion of an account and associated data, email puqelupe78@gmail.com from the email associated with the account and include the connected platform and account identifier. We will verify the request, delete or irreversibly anonymize eligible data, and confirm completion within 30 days, subject to limited retention required by law or security obligations.
